Basically the same on my 2 main servers, People get very aggressive and I actually got a ban for "spamming" which was reversed when the GM saw I only posted 4 times over 10 minutes and it was WHAT I was selling that made people mad (She also confirmed it's legal to sell names) so be aware certain servers will have white knights trying to get you banned. I got Illidan, Shadowmourne, Auctioneer etc and still got this sort of response. The GM said to be sure you indicate a gold price in your trade chat or their GM team will approve spam bans regardless of your character level worried you're asking for real money (gg blizz).

Anywhere from 1k for simple names up to 10k. The most I've sold a name for was 350k. Test the waters on your realm by seeing what people want to pay and adjust around that.
