Whether or not games of luck are against the ToS it is irrelevant, the OP is scamming. There's no chance for a letter to have any item in it, there's no chance for anyone to win anything, if he was reported he'd get banned.

i was in contact with gm today and i told them what have done and they say if someone report me for doing this i get max 3 hours ban but after i contacted them BEFORE anyone else did the say nothing going to happen with my account. they dont suspend or ban ppl that "give them self in"

Regarding the GM, indeed it very depend which GM gets on you, and in what mood you catch him. For similar action you could get from verbal note to account closure.

No i dont remember you. And i was not a priest i was a lvl 14 Warrior...

when sat in trade " im quiting wow after 9 years and all my gold / pets can be won by buying my plainletters from ah. They sold FAST for 100g.. When i put them out for 250g it didnt sell so fast. but they sell think total income from 2 hours was around 30k

I would be VERY careful with this one. It is basically misleading players to make a profit.

There are much better ways to make gold, that don't affect others players enjoyment of the game.
