Just saying but you only need this kind of gear if you plan to get relam best times, challenge mode is pretty doable with whate-ever you hav if you use Invis potion and Aoe Stuns getting timed right though that depends on your group setup![]()

Here is mine : Hunter Challenge Mode - Profiler - World of Warcraft
Hope it'll help![]()
Hey buddy, few thing you might improve:
- Durumu's baleful gaze gives you +160agi (and +16haste-8crit but whatever), or Iron Qwon railgun if you really need hit
- at this ilvl especially, agi if far far far beyond any stats x2, so your goal is to maximise sockets and red socket when possible (boots, belt, shoulders...)
- I don't think (but it's more of a debatable opinion) that you should try to maximise your haste so badly, and since you're running with a coe pet instead of a melee speed one most of the time, mastery is a pretty solid stat, on both single and multi target.
Nice job on this like it alot
a few things about the Hunter BiS list:
-If the hunter is a twink of yours (or you dont want to grind out the legendary quest), the cloak from Ji-Kun is a much faster and better alternative; it has mastery/crit and a socket. Also, Ra-Den has a cloak, bit harder to get but a yellow socket.
-farming Throne thrash for that neck drop is retardedly insane, so the neck from maegera is much easier to get; mastery/hit + yellow socket w/ crit bonus.
-I´d actually prefer the 522 Leathworking Boots over the Ra-Den, since they got 2 red sockets + mastery bonus; also much easier to get.
-If your hunter is not a alchemist, bottle of infinite stars from elegon is a excellent trinket w/ mastery > crit reforged.
-Can you give me reason for those gloves being BiS? The Tier Set have 2x red sockets, 120 agi bonus and crit/haste, where the ones you posted have a blue socket and expertise on them.
The nazgrim boots are also a decent alternative. Tbh all of the 3 are close to each other (comparative here) the Ra-den ones are just slightly better.
And I never found this so hard to farm tot trashloots. Actually the time you spend to gather all pieces from this raid (especially tortos crit wrists..) you generally end up with 2 or 3 necklaces in your bag.
Would love one for H Pallies. Keep getting conflicting information about stat priorities and what to gem for.
is there possibly any good BiS budget gear for fresh 90s?
If I boosted a 90 today. Without LFR per say, what would be the best budget gear. Are there any like shitty pieces of gear with tons of gem slots or something I could get off AH or do a quest for? Basically, whats the quickest way without so much LFR RNG to get my newly boosted guy Challenge Mode ready. I'm 9/9 exp on my mage so hopefully that gives me leeway on the gear for an alt
I think you should spamm the 5 man heroic's, and you can buy kinda good gear for Justice. I think that's the best way to get enough gear for challenges without lfr's.
The difference between a budget CM gear from a bosted 90 to a equipped 90 is quite large.
In heroics you´ll only get a chest with 1 socket place and usually a second stat slot bonus (if you gem it right for your specc). SoO chest all have 3 red socket slots + main stat as socket bonus.
You can buy head, legs, waist, boots, gloves and chest with extra socket places all from tailor/leatherworking/blacksmith, but those are quite expensive and you still need rings/cloak/bracers/neck for a optimal use.
