Added a Blood DK list which is for boosting with another stat priority. Didn't tested the hit / expertise cap with it. Currently working on it.

I copyed few spreadsheet, but with all the comment, and i arledy told that in the previous post, but the other half ot the lists i made by myself and with my friends.
