Heres another one that wasnt listed:

Kite - To rapidly use spells to slow down the enemy, and to rapidly use spells to make yourself move forward or run faster, in which when paired up, you attack the enemy, but he is unable to attack you. You can use this to pull monsters to areas such as cities as well

I sheeped hogger about 50 times and got him to Goldshire, due to sheeping resets their range that they will chase you, as well as a hold (possibly, i KNOW frost nova does this) which is why if you frost nova a monster attacking you, they will almost always chase you farther then they would originally. If you do this enough too, and they lose aggro of you, they will enter an 'evade' mode in which they regain 100% of their hp within a very short time, and will evade every attack that is cast on them, or around them, then eventually teleport to their original location
