I am looking for a pure http proxy or proxy switcher/program which doesn't change randomly. like TOR. This would be epic help for my scamming career.

Firefox has a manual proxy. Tools >> Options >> Advanced >> How firefox connects to the internet "Settings" >> Manual proxy

And just find a proxy on like hidemyass.com or something.
