Quick way to get yourself some ilvl for LFR

just do world BG WG and TB for easy 1500 honor 1 time per week
and then do it each 2 hour for 900 honor
i do this on my server each WG / TB

but it only work if your horde over played on your server or if you play ally and your over played on that side

you can even afk in TB most of the time
and in WG you just need to kill 6 mobs then you can afk here aswell becouse on my server there is allmost no ally so i can allmost each game afk in them
