Battered Hilt easy farm

I found an easy way to farm Battered Hilt in Halls of Reflection heroic. How to do it: Enter inside > clear the 1st way of trash and kill the 1st boss, then clear the second trash and when the 2nd boss come, just die. I noticed that i do not lose durability when i die. Just run inside and clear the trash again and die when the boss spawn. You can do this unlimited amount of time and all of the trash mobs have chance to drop the Hilt.

Yep that works too. Plus trash drop quite a good amount of [Frostweave Cloth] and green items.

there is more trash after the 1st boss

Would be interesting to see how long this takes and whether or not it makes the time spent farming worth while.

They go for about 20k on my server at the moment, but I'm not sure how much demand there really is for them...

Feign death works to reset boss, just did it. Will see how long it takes the boss to respawn.

EDIT: Didn't think he'd respawn, so I walked in and out, he came back within 10 secs of zoning in.

EDIT2: Takes about 40s-1m to clear each wave of trash, approx.. 15~ sec to get him resetted and back on the trash.

I decided to farm the Hilt today.. after about 1:30h I got my Hilt. One farmrun took me about 2:30 min as a Frostmage. I was ready with Greater Invisibility every time. One run is starting a wave, killing all the Waves, running out, back in and starting a new wave

Edit: While doing the quest, I was sent to the Forge of Souls and decided to kill the trash... and guess what dropped after 2 trash packs (:

how odd is it that i did this the other day then its posted on ownedcore
and way this place is great i fulled my 22 slot bag in one run over of the first 2 bosses/trash lots of gold/greens/frostweave

I used this for a month or so

I noticed that i do not lose durability when i die.

I get 8% durability loss per death as a feral druid. How do you do that, any more info?
