500k/hour XP Grind Guide

Alright, so I decided to share a secret leveling guide

PS: This only works with classes that can get the hit on something fast, e/i Hunter, Rogue, Warlock.

Go into slave pens at 58, have a warrior
gain agrro by running, then have a pally agrro by healing him, then you drop group, hit everything, and have your friends kill it all within one minute.Then re-invite, and do next pack. 500k XP an hour. Just bring, warrior, pally, 2 mages and you.

Doing this will level 59-60 in 19min. As levels go up, XP goes down, and well... You know the rest.

PS: You have to have the healer heal to get agrro, or else it wont work. the only other way to get agrro is DPSing (So you lose the kill to another person).

you could do this with anything..
also, you could do it with anything that aoe's; frost nova, consecration etc.

That's actually not true. With the TBC instances you gain the same amount of experience all the time. I've had friends lvling only by doing Blood Furnace, 'cause the exp remains the same in the instances even though you're lvl 69.

And I hardly doubt you'll reach that amount of exp/hour.
I'd say 200-300 MAX. And even that is going to be hard.

I've tried something like this with my lock at level 61, was really sucessful I got to 62 in less then an hour doing something like this in slave pens, +rep.

Im guessing you can use this technique through all levels. This kind of reminds me of that guy who agros a whole instance and has the people kill them while he tanks.

And I didn't say I didn't believe he would be able to get 500k xp/hour. I said I doubt it's possible reaching that amount.

I ran Blood Furnace for 5 hours this weekend with a 70 boosting us, and we didn't even get over 150k exp/hour.

And for your information I have 3 lvl 70s and 5 lvl 60s. So plix <3 :rimshot:

not the exact same way but it is pretty much the samething , you took the idea from him ... don't try to take the credit for this


btw this way can be done at any lvl and it does lvl pretty fast me and my friend leveled a priest 1-28 in 7 hours 53 min of play time

ok well this guy is dropping the grp and tagging all the mobs... 70 in ur grp = xp sucker. hes basically getting all the xp for elite kills but his friends r helping. its a really good idea. +rep
even if cant get 500k/hr. 300k/hr is still a hell of a lot faster with better loot then quests =D

Sigh* He's doing this They pull shit, he tags everything, the 70's drop group, the mobs are gray to them (not lvl gray, gray as in they wouldn't get any xp since they're already tagged). They kill them, he get's full xp.
