Briny Muck herbing tip.

This is just a little tip not saying its amazing but it does save me some time especially as the area is more crowded nowadays.
I herb here by hand and i know in certain spots some of the wandering mobs can aggro and then you have to waste time fighting them and possibly miss out on herbs.

One of the best palces for herbing Fool's Cap is the Briny Muck. We all have our favorite routes like mine is imgur: the simple image sharer
We all know about the Klaxxi augmentations/enhancements. (If not you can read about them hereThe Klaxxi - Faction - World of Warcraft)

The one that benefits me is Master of puppets : Master of Puppets - Spell - World of Warcraft
You can gain this from Kaz'tik the Manipulator. You do have to do some quests in order to unlock them but i believe you do them along the way when leveling ( or at least i did)

The Master of puppets buff allows you to "control" any mob/creature in Dread Wastes. You don't get an action bar for whatever mob you choose but it is set to defensive so if something does attack you it will attack and take the aggro off of you. Now i don't just fly into Briny Muck and use the ability right away as most of the wandering packs are in 2's. What i do is wait until a pack attacks me and use the ability on one of them so it attacks the other and nothing happens to me.
The ability has a cooldown of 2 minutes but once you use on a mob it will stay with you for 10 minutes or until it dies / you move out of the zone.
I herb mainly as a druid so i never drop flight form. The ability also doesn't make you drop flight form so i can use it wait for other mob to aggro on my mc'd guy gather my herb, fly away and he will join me when he is done killing it.

Other classes could of course use this for example if they were hit while gathering just to gather the herb first ( before sneaky druid swoops in :P ) and then finish off killing mob to remount but i believe it to be most beneficial for a druid.

Hope someone can find this useful. Again its just a tip that i use to make my herbing less of a pain with wandering mobs.

I do the same thing, it's honestly saved me hours already if I pile up the amount of times I've agro'd in Dread Wastes lol.
