There was a patch today, I dont know about what but I can confirm this way is still working so go go to ToT guys.
Btw. I did cleaned way trough as a fire mage (383 ilvv). What I can confirm as well is that you can die on second boss and go trough main gate a a ghos if killing second boss is an issue for you. So you basicvly skipping it by dying ;p
Really soloable as mage.

And btw. Im doing it for first time. And as for mages fire is great for making your way, then on farming those little water elementals best is arcane.
Basicly just put mage armor and int buff on you and you will one shot everything with Arcane Explosion.
If any went too far from you just shot it with Arcane Barrage or Arcane Missiles.
If you are bad with health (wich rarely happen) just there is almost always a couple of seconds to eat.

You don't need to engage the second boss. Just run around him.

Plus honestly. When I was there at morning I tryed that first bos solo first time in my life. I killed him without any problems.
After that when adds respawned every time I needed a hand from one of friends.
Seems mages aint that good for clearing a way to there.
But when you are finally in place where you farm then Think theres nothing better then Arcane Mage

I shall ride valliantly into the Twink bracket on a flourecent pink tallstrider. noone will see me comming from the S.E.P field generated by such an absurd mount

Anyone tested already, howmany charms we can gain per 10min?

850/hour if you kill them as soon as they spawn (85bracelets per hour)

I pulled exactly 465 charms my first hour.
DK Tank rounding them all up as they spawn, popping DnD with AMS before they die. No downtime between pulls. Was this nerfed or...?

I'm nearly doubling what I was making before. The only difference: My first attempt I brought somebody in to clear trash up to and killing the first boss. He left afterwards. This time I went in solo and getting twice as many charms. I don't want to outright say that the more in your party when initially going in the less you get, but it sure as hell seems that way (even if they leave before you start farming)

I did the same exact thing on my paladin the other day, and noticed no differences in drop rate (still roughly 700 an hour). So, perhaps you were just unlucky

Spoke with a gm about it the night it came live on the US. She said that the dev team already knew about it and advised me to stop using the ToT spot :/
