I think first and second boss have to be killed to enter that area, not just the first.

You kill the first boss, and you can sneak around the second.

It's the best spot in Cataclysm, but I'm expecting they will nerf it soon like they nerfed Ulduar.

I've been using it since it was released, and no ban yet.
