I'm writing this guide to help out PVP Frost Deathknights with macros.

Focus Macros
These are the very important macros you will need for PVP, such as fast switching and interrupting casts.
Focus mindfreeze macro is very helpful at times like getting an all important interuppt on the healer on cast, or just relieving pressure from your healer by using this on a caster class.
#showtooltip Mind Freeze
/cast [target=focus, exists] Mind Freeze; Mind Freeze
The focus strangulate macro, one of the most important focus macros for a DK out there! Very useful for getting a healer on cast for an extra mini cc, or once again relieving pressure.
#showtooltip strangulate
/cast [target=focus, exists] strangulate; strangulate
This one is also very helpful, and can help your healer out in tight situations, like chaining the priest to prevent a fear.
#showtooltip Chains of Ice
/cast [target=focus] Chains of Ice
Also another very helpful macro to either deathgrip the healer on cast, or just get a dps off your healer when needing help.
#showtooltip death grip
/cast [@focus] death grip
And ofcourse the all important /focus macro.
/Focus
Helpful macros
OK, first of all the most important "helpful macro" is the lichborne;deathcoil macro which instantly deathscoils yourself without switching target.
#showtooltip Lichborne
/cast !Lichborne;
/cast [target=player] Death Coil
I'm going to also include the cancelaura lichborne macro just incase a priest starts casting shackle.
#showtooltip Lichborne
/cancelaura Lichborne
A simple macro I made myself, this is optional but I personally find this very, very useful!
#showtooltip Death grip
/Cast Death Grip
/Cast Chains Of Ice
Many should know this macro, but i'll throw it in it's the simple /stopcasting macro to juke people with Hungering cold.
/stopcasting
I think that just about wraps it up for the "Helpful Macro" section.
Optional macros
Ok I have a bunch of optional macros, you may find a few useless and others really helpful.
First of all my arena 1,2,3 macros.
/cast [@arena1] Strangulate
/cast [@arena2] Strangulate
/cast [@arena3] Strangulate
/cast [@arena1] Mind Freeze
/cast [@arena2] Mind Freeze
/cast [@arena3] Mind Freeze
/cast [@arena1] Death Grip
/cast [@arena2] Death Grip
/cast [@arena3] Death Grip
/cast [@arena1] Chains of Ice
/cast [@arena2] Chains of Ice
/cast [@arena3] Chains of Ice
And the rest of my half pointless (I find useful) Focus macros.
#showtooltip Plague Strike
/cast [target=focus, exists] Plague Strike
#showtooltip Death Coil
/cast [target=focus, exists] Death Coil
#showtooltip Frost Strike
/cast [target=focus, exists] Frost Strike
#showtooltip Icy Touch
/cast [target=focus, exists] Icy Touch
#showtooltip Death Strike
/cast [target=focus, exists] Death Strike
#showtooltip Rune Strike
/cast [target=focus, exists] Rune Strike
#showtooltip Festering Strike
/cast [target=focus, exists] Festering Strike (Very good to use combined with chains of ice)
#showtooltip obliterate
/cast [target=focus, exists] Obliterate
Tips and tricks
I thought I'd share a couple of Frost Deathknight tips and tricks I know.
First of all you've probably noticed the latest Deathstrike change : Death Strike now heals the death knight whether or not the attack misses, or is dodged/parried. As a result of this change, Death Strike no longer refunds its rune cost if it fails to hit the target, as the death knight will still receive the healing effect.
You can actually deathstrike a paladins Bubble if you're on low health receiving the health heal although consuming runes, I actually don't know whether this is working as intended or just simply a bug.
Another trick in 1v1 situations, Against mages use hungering cold on his pet when he iceblocks if you have enough runic power, therefore if he hasn't used pet nova he cannot get a nova off while in iceblock. (Good mages will avoid this by nova'ing you just before you get a hungering cold off)
In 2v2 arena against any mage combo, If he's stupid enough to leave his pet on you around a corner, quicky kill his pet before his healer can heal it back up, therefore forcing a pet refresh or preventing the nova water elemental produces.
Also It's useful to switch to blood presence at times to migitate a full shatter damage, then changing back after to unholy presence.
These are the ones I can think of on the top of my head, I'm sure I've missed out quite alot of things, But hopefully this helps most frost deathknights in the bracket.
I'm happy to answer questions.
