[Request] Scamming Tutor

Lol, let's just say I really fail at scamming. I tried the e-mail and website phisher...I sent out 100 e-mails so far and not one came.
I tried a youtube scam and all responses were

Code:

Account Name: Getalife
Password: Noob

And so on. Can a good scammer teach me what am I doing wrong?

Thank you for responding so quick. Yes I do normally mess up(or the maker does) on the websites...Like codes are messed up and pictures not suppose to be where they are suppose to be. Anyway helping setup a phisher would be great. A good one for once.
