Sidenote; if you had the PvP gear in vanilla, you can buy it from vendors for transmog.

I think it says you can't get it if your class can't use it... Idk though.

you need to have the right to wear it to get it. Same with rank 12-14 gear

Tells me that "Item is locked" when I attempt to buy gear here on a toon that I did not obtain these items on in Vanilla. I can buy the BC lvl 70 gear, which resembles T6 if I recall correctly, but nothing else here. Perhaps, as I think someone else pointed towards in this thread, you have to have "earned" the item when it was current to be able to purchase them here, but maybe I'm wrong and all the vendors are just locked. Good find, anyways! Thanks!

Other vendors are locked but everyone can buy the gear from Kezzik, as the OP and blue posts say.
