Had a question about runecloth, I heard that the cloth quartermasters are being removed, so what should I do with my runecloth?

Hm...that's pretty interesting, never heard about that before. However, I did some digging and came up with Stormwind Champion's Tabard - Item - World of Warcraft and Is there a cloth quartermaster for Worgens ? - Forums - World of Warcraft .

I'll have to do some more digging before I can be sure that the cloth quartermasters are being removed; can you think of where you could've read that?

I think I read/heard it on JustMyTwoCopper, but I also came up with this:
Clavicus Knavingham - NPC - World of Warcraft

Seems to be in-game, but no known location, not sure what this means exactly.
