I know I'm about a week early, but it takes quite a bit of time to write.
I will make this as neat as possible, splitting up the Alliance and Horde quests for instance.
I'll also be making one for the Orphans Week coming up. So stay tuned!
Noblegarden 2009
Blizzard Official Details: WoW -> Info -> In-Game Events
Beginning: 26th of April - Sunday
End: 2nd of May - Saturday
Why the hell should I do this? I don't know about you, but the end reward of a 310% mount sounds good.
That means you have only 7 days to do this!! But fear not, this guide will allow you to complete most, if not all of it!

The Egg is your "item giver" for this event, and the Chocolate is the currency.

Spring Fling: Find your pet Spring Rabbit another one to love in each of the towns listed below.
How to: Buy a Spring Rabbit - Spell - World of Warcraft for either 100 chocolates or have it drop from an egg, then go to the respective towns and use it near another rabbit.
Noble Garden: Hide a Brightly Colored Egg in Silvermoon City.
How to: Buy the Brightly Colored Egg using 5 chocolates, hide it in the city (not sure if there's a certain location). You can pick up the egg afterwards so that you get back 1 chocolate.

I Found One!: Find a Brightly Colored Egg.

Hard Boiled: Lay an egg in Un'Goro Crater's Golakka Hot Springs as a rabbit during the Noblegarden celebration.
How to: The easiest way to do this is with a friend that has Blossoming Branch - Spell - World of Warcraft, simply get them to use it on your when you are at the springs. Here's the map of the springs.
Desert Rose: Use Spring Robes to plant a flower in each of the deserts listed below.
How to: Obtain a Spring Robes - Item - World of Warcraft and simply use it in the respective zones. The robes come from either egg drops or bought with chocolate.
Chocoholic: Eat 100 Noblegarden Chocolates during the Noblegarden celebration.
How to: Although it sounds easy, this one's probably going to be the most annoying. Farming and eating 100 chocolates is a very very tedious task.

How to: Obtain http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45073 from eggs and use it on the respective FEMALE races. Female Trolls and Dwarves are going to be a pain.
Blushing Bride: Kiss someone wearing an Elegant Dress while wearing a White Tuxedo Shirt and Black Tuxedo Pants.
How to: All 3 achievement items can be bought with chocolate, or dropped from eggs. There's a global trick for this below.
Here's the trick, with many of the achievements, you can buy the achievement item from the vendor, get the achievement, then sell it, but do note, all this has to be done within 2 hours.
