Useful tips for Battlemaster title.

Hello, I've been a long time member of mmowned, the guys here are great, helpful when needed.I have a few suggestions about some rly grindy/annoying/luck achievments and how to complete them.
Just a friendly warning.I cant say this guide will be very useful for the 40man BGs there is just pure luck or 20man premade
So lets start with:
Step 1:Getting friendly with an Alliance/Horde player.
Since Blizzard were to enable horde and ally chars onthe same realm, lets help ourselves with getting our desired title . Find some1 that is grinding for battlemaster also or a friend if available, or just pay >Reliable< ppl to help you with ur long journey.After you have found a trusted ally comrade we continue to:
Step 2: Achieving the achievments!
We Had It All Along *cough* - Achievement - World of Warcraft I've heard ppl doing AB for months for this one wich is rly awful :/ annoying when u have everything done and u need only this...
The trick is: Get ur ally/horde friend to gather a premade(Should take long when they see what ur doing and its a 100% snatch).You should gather a premade also just spam something like
"lfm AB premade we are doing the 'Hard achievments', I have a friend alliance/horde so its a guarantee snatch'. Most ppl are VERY intusiastic when its guaranteed I can assure you that!
After you done with that part you will have to start queing.Blizzard's new "BG system" made it like such that u have a equally decent chance to fight each other.Well if u dont get it from the 1st time just watch at the number of AB then join.
After ur inside you can do We Had It All Along *cough* - Achievement - World of Warcraft and Resilient Victory - Achievement - World of Warcraft
How to do it?Well your ally friend must cap 5 basses in the start(Yes I know you will see that he will get lol fast points, dont worry u wount miss it )
At 1300 points cap 1 base
At 1350 points cap 2 basses
At 1400 points cap 3 basses
Wait till 1500 then cap 4 basses
Leave stables for last.Take a deep breath and when u see 1580 wait 5secs if u have a timer, it takes u 6-8 secs to cap.But if u dont want to risk it just cap it and tell ur ally friend to recap it until u get 1590.
By then ally should be 1590 and you with 4-5 basses will win this easly.
Atleast thats how I've done it.
The next annoying achi is To The Rescue! - Achievement - World of Warcraft .Its rly annoying I can give credit for that because u cant be everywhere all the time and if u arrive its now guanranteed that the base isnt retaken/capped.
So you and ur a ally friend must find a cozy nice spot (Farm/stables pref or the less populated HORDE CONTROLLED base) Then u just cap/recap/cap/recap. Same goes for Me and the Cappin' Makin' it Happen - Achievement - World of Warcraft just you need to assult the ally/horde base depends whats ur faction.
Next is Arathi Basin Perfection - Achievement - World of Warcraft .Pretty obvious I should think :P
Just go with 2 set up premades again, cap 5 basses and profit, both sides will take 1 turn and done
I think we covered AB.Take in mind that in my humble opinion AB is a real pain BG with rly luck based achievments wich are rly hard to obtain if ur BG group is bad on ur current side.

Since we have AB covered lets gogo Eots!
I cant say I enjoy it alot.But there are very few achievments that you actually need a 'set up' premade for them.
Using the same AB perfection method we will do The Perfect Storm - Achievement - World of Warcraft . Just let one of the 2 sides all 4 basses AND if you dont have it you will also gain Flurry - Achievement - World of Warcraft .
The rest of the achies are pretty easy imo and doable by 1 player.
Just a friendly tips dudes/dudettes for Stormtrooper - Achievement - World of Warcraft you need to be NEAR the killed EFC(Enemy flag carried) not actually getting a killing blow him lol ;D

Alright lets carry on with the 3rd BG WSG.
Cant really say you need a 'Set up' premade for this BG, imo you and ur friend should be enough to do this.In my PoV the only annoying achi is Save The Day - Achievement - World of Warcraft .For that I sugges ur friend to be the EFC.And when he gets to the horde/ally flag run, he must drop and flag and u to return it.Take notice that your team MUST NOT have the ally/horde flag.If your willing enought to make a 'set-up' premade you can score 5 achies with 1 run!They are:
Quick Cap - Achievement - World of Warcraft <--For this I advice getting Tuskarr's vitallity/Swiftness potions from an alchemist/AH.Or just go lololol if ur a rogue/hunter
DONT USE SPEED BOOTS you will drop the flag.And try to time the speed buffs they help ALOT.
Ironman - Achievement - World of Warcraft <--Just Cap the flag 3 time without dying u can make some1 carry the flags to use
Warsong Gulch Perfection - Achievement - World of Warcraft <--- Just win without ally to score
Capture the Flag - Achievement - World of Warcraft <--- Well if u get Ironman you will get this lol
Warsong Expedience - Achievement - World of Warcraft <--- Gogo fast caps ?
That pretty much covers up the WSG achies I do indeed recommend getting a 'set up' premade cuz 5 achies is kewl in 1 battle

And Finally SoTa (Strand of the Acients)
Cant say much about it only troublesome achies are Defense of the Ancients - Achievement - World of Warcraft , Not Even a Scratch - Achievement - World of Warcraft and Steady Hands - Achievement - World of Warcraft (Yes this one is actually more annoying than hard)
The 1st 2 achies u can get in a single battle and its more flavored if ur attacking the 1st round because if ur in a 'set up' premade ppl will just let the 4 tanks steam through the gates then u will get something like 2;30-3min to defend wich is rly nice.Just tell the ur friend (leader of the horde/ally premade) just to stand still or get farmed for the Wrecking Ball achi lol
Steady Hands - Achievement - World of Warcraft this one can be just annoying, I mean when u try to disarm u either get 1-2 more ppl tryingto disarm it or some1 spamming aoe to interupt or most of the times ppl just dont bother planting the bombs. So here is how I did it.Your friend needs to be in assult so he can take the bombs. Then he can plant them on random locations u just need to defuse them.Prefferable the ship no1 bothers to go there and the bombs are rly close to each other.
a friendly advice for Artillery Veteran - Achievement - World of Warcraft . Just stay on cannon you will get credit for all the sieges that are destroyed and if u fire in random directions u wount go afk.

Well this is pretty much everything.I rly hope this guide useful for the suck achievments for the "Battlemaster" title.I hope it bring much use to you as it did to me.
But most of these achies I got solo because im a rogue and in 100battles there is always a chance u can get them.But this guide is an alternative if u just dont want to wait

Ironman is usually not intensely difficult to get if you grind it. However, the AB one is pure luck.

It is easy, if you're a healer, just don't be shit and you won't die. I could have guessed you're basically a stereotypical alliance player, immature and quick to write things off. On my bg people will drop for you but don't count on it.

You can't sum up a thread with the fact you suck or everyone on alli is an *******. I for one found the notes about quick cap useful and while battlemaster has never been a goal of mine I'll be sure to let friends know etc.

The Ironman one is quite easy if you ask your team politely at the beginning if you can try to go for it. Most people will just let you and some will even help you get it. I've seen this happen a lot of times both on horde and alliance in different battlegroups, though sometimes theres that one or two sneaky person who just ninja the flag lol.

And for some reason I find capping the flags in WSG is the EASIEST as a healer (disc priest, holy pally and resto druid. I don't have a shaman so I don't know about them). As in all bgs, it's mostly about teamwork. If you asked them politely they're much more likely to help you than saying " YOU NOOBZZ DONT GET FLAG> FLAG FOR ME RTARDZ" or calling other people's tips pointless.

A tactic i used for Ironman and still continue to use when cappin the flag in WSG is to maintain a safe location after u pick of the enemys flag. To explain.


Because the map is closely symmetrical both teams tend to pick up each others flag at around about the same time, because of this both teams additionally tend to collide with each other on the return journey. With the exception of the initial rush from the start where everyone charges towards the flag, many times people tend to fill the need to head back into the heat of battle (midfield) after a failed attempt and to destroy thier nemesis and get some payback u can capitalize on this with people busy trying to recieve a form of revenge ur free to grab the flag.

Here's the tactic i usually follow after grabbing the flag:

- Take the ramp exit instead of the tunnel.WHY?
> The tunnel has just the one exit. and its common to get ambushed upon exit
> Your inside (no Ghost wolf etc.)
> The tunnel is narrow ofc leaving little room for manoeuvrability.

After your outside its really up to u which direction to take but either way u want to get the opposite side of the vine fence so ur above the tunnel. Going left and round is safer but longer but running right is shorter, ofc it has an element of danger with the GY closeby but moving up and round after uve seen a gy rezz gives u 30seconds safeguard to run.

U want to drop down off the top roofing and onto the tunnels roof slightly below. A lot of u probably know how already but if u don't know how to just Youtube its something i cba to explain but its pretty easy. Just sit in the corner and this location will be ur safe haven check ur map regularly to verify ur teams location etc and monitor your flags status and if it is dropped and returned. After this u can make a quick run across the map trying to stick to your left hand side of the map to maximise distance between u and the enemy's spawning at their gy. If uve drawn a bit of attention to ur safe haven spot and theres people waiting below u, i suggest u remain in ur location until ur team advances and gives u some support. If you suspect ur team to be complete douchebags u may require in addition to inform them to advance to ur position and support you. try not to morph into a Caps spamming ignorant feck whilst doing this and remain polite.
