29s on Reckoning US play on Tues/Thurs/Sun nights consistently. Usually games start at around 9est and can run as late as 2am est. Thats 15 hours a week of guaranteed games. There are other days where wsg's sometimes pop as well, and you are basically guaranteed arena's just about every night of the week.

Since you're interested, make a thread on the reckoning forums found here: World of Warcraft - English (NA) Forums -> Reckoning and ask if anyone would be willing to help you out. I could almost guarantee someone on windrunner would be willing to lend a hand, and you can have a playable twink within a week or so depending on how much time you invest.
