You know what you can do, if you are farming the essences, you could also go to say regular Stratholme, not the CoS instance and either bring along an enchanter buddy or group with one so you can still disenchant greed roll to get the Large Brilliant shards. Even if you just kill the undead side you can come out of there with 8 shards.

I like the idea of getting my own shards and all but .. ya know .. these shards are on my server for 3g a piece .. rather just buy on the AH for 12g for 4 shards and not waste time doing that

but it is a very good idea if these shards are expensive on your server

this looks good man.. the scrolls are selling for quite a bit on my server not to mention I didn't know where to farm the essences
also it doesn't look like many other s are doing this on my server so I think I'll give it a shot... just wanna get my enchanting up to 290 first (leveling it anyways) but yeah I'll let you know after I try it out!
(BTW the scrolls are going for around 320g on my server atm and the essences around 35g)

I'm pretty sure that this method (including farming spot) is well known, if not a repost.

However, it has never been documented as well as this so that alone is merit to keep it up imo.

Good example of how to write and display a helpful guide (repost aside).

I guess a lot of ppl from my realm have red this... when i started there was only 1 other seller on my realm.. now there are like 15 ppl that obviously farm it, prices have dropped to nearly 7g a piece.

Works on my server, farmed for an hour and got 58 essences, sold all for 28.99g each ^^ Low horde pop server but lots of allies which usually have 2 accounts ^^ Thanks alot for the guide! ! ! !! That's 1650~G/h for me.
