A new way of making instant money with [Jewelcrafting]!

Green gems on my server sell for between 5g and 9g each, so this wouldn't work well at all on my server. Better to prospect and sell gems.

you seem to be the only person thinking that this was posted here before. And I wouldn't have posted this if this was a repost. I definetly didn't see this here before and the majority of people posting in this thread also didn't. So I guess this is helpful to many of them.


Anyway, back to the topic: This is still working on my server. I started to buy out every cheap green jewel besides 1-2 stacks. And I still seem to be the only person on my server doing this.^^ Then i give it a little break and check the AH a few hours later & will find more gems for the same / even lower price. This is definetly a good way to keep the market prices from rising.

Great guide mate. When I get on later I am gonna give it a try on my warlock. I know my rogue has 10-15 stacks of eternal earth, so that will help start me off.

Nice thread, never thought of selling it to a vendor, but dosen't work on my realm, the gems are like 7g each.

Nice guide.
What i also always look for is the price for Crystallized Earth.
Many people tend to dump these on ah for verry low prices.

I love it, just made about 3,5k gold with it. For those lazy guys out there (like i am ^^) if you use Auctioneer, theres a function called "Snatch", really easy to understand how to configure it. Just add Bloodstone, Sun Crystal, Huge Citrine and Eternal Earth and crystalized earth into it (green gems 1g, Eternal Earth 5g, crytalized earth 50s) and everytime you scan the auctionhouse, just use Snatch and click Purchase all, much easier then just searching it manually.

Second, i found this Macro in the official Forums for some engineers, but thought it would be useful for this purpose, so i rewrote it:

/run CloseTradeSkill()
/cast Jewelcrafting
/run local s for i=0,GetNumTradeSkills() do s=GetTradeSkillInfo(i) if (s=="Bloodstone Band") then DoTradeSkill(i,100) end end

Just click this Macro to create all Bloodstone Bands you can craft. I made myself 3 Macros to create each of the items. If i can find a way to craft all three in one macro, i´ll post again

@acke i neither heard of that forum nor about secksecute. A guildmate gave me that hint (that's how he's gotten extremely rich over the last months) and what I did was checking if someone had posted this here before. And no one did, so i wrote this guide since it's been working out like a fortune for me as well & I wanted to share it.

7k gold per week is really sexy. grats for that. I envy the prices on your server. Wish i could buy the green gems for 50 silver. i mostly end up playing about 1g per stone. ^^
