Hello guys.

so, now on patch 3.3, blizz is sending Core Hound Pups to those who have an Battle.net Authenticator attached to their account. Easy enough for those who can afford one or have a cellphone to use their app... but who doesn't?

Not a problem!

hop on Nihilum - World of Warcraft, and as this news say, you can send them an email so you can test their desktop authenticator. it's some kind of cellphone emulator that executes the authenticator app, and can be used like the mobile, except on your desktop

simple and fast, and a free pet without having to spend a dime

you CAN use the authenticator like a normal one, but if your computer die and/or you have to format your disk, you're screwed because you lose your authenticator and can't generate more codes, ever. so your account is pretty much lost until you call blizzard and explain the situtation to them, so it's suggested to remove the authenticator

How to Remove:

Go to: https://us.battle.net/account/manage...enticator.html

Log In, Enter Current Authenticator Code. Go to Remove Authenticator. If the authenticator is still showing the code you entered to log in wait for a new one to appear. Enter the new Code into the First box and wait 30 seconds. Enter the New Code in the Second Box and Done Authenticator removed

Ok for all of you wanting to remove the authenticator, Make sure you remove BEFORE opening the ingame mail, opening before removing will remove your hound pup spell from the pets tab.

So add authenticator.

Go in game and check if the mail is there DONT OPEN!

Logout of game and remove authenticator.

Profit.

It will arrive in ingame mail, usually this can take a few hours. but if you play on a european server please note that it will not come until after patch 3.3.

and the authenticator:
Filebeam - Beam up that File Scottie!

But if you Exit midpx you maybe can't login again with the authenticator so use it only to redeem the pet.

I can Confirm that this works, waited about Half-Hour to get the authenticator and another Half-Hour For the pet to arrive in my wow mail

whole process took me about 5 mins and i didn't have to wait for mail to come. Used the EU serial on US account, still worked.

The 14 digit serial number is too small to see with the phone emulator, it cuts off the first few and last digits.

this is so sick! (+ Rep) i just post wts [core hound pup] and people pst me. i recycle the guide in the email and i sell it for 350g. people have had a hard time figuring this out as do i because i hate reading instructions on the internet. here is a way to clear it up.

1st. once you download the program it will give you a 14 digit pin ex: EU-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (keep this)
2.next click on view code it will give you a 8 digit pin which you will have to input quickly onto the battle.net/dma site along with the 14 digit pin
3. after it is Authenticated log into your WoW. it will ask you for your authentication code. at first i thought it meant to re enter our 14 or 8 digit pin but i was wrong. you simply go back to the program and grab another 8 digit code and it will work.

deactivating:
to deactivate just click on view code in MicroEmulator and type that into the first box. then wait for another code to pop up and input that into the second box. and thats it it will be removed from your account.

as for sipycup your emulator is different from mine.
is there a zoom out tool in that? Also did you download

Don't bother doing this unless you plan on keeping the authenticator on your account.

Logged in 2 hours after doing this and none of my characters had the pet.

So, i guess the Authenticator works for US only, huh?
The EU Battle.net requires to enter a 10 digit Code from the Authenticator, it also only uses five or six digits for the Authenticator code. Too bad :|
