It's true, I pwn faces irl
He's been powerleveling people from 62-80. At 62 he required a healer for his huge pulls, nowadays he doesn't.
He has some of his powerleveling video's from when he's 80.
But truth be told, boosting has changed much since TBC.
Step 1: Have your friend sit at the instance or stay back enough where they won't agg.
Step 2: Round up Mobs.
Step 3: AoE
Step 4: Loot.
It's true, I pwn faces irl
Thanks for nice guide and video links
And also in SM you should only go into Cathedral and Armory since they share instance limit ( im tired and cant think of right word ). By limit i'm talking about 5per our limit. Since cathedral and armory share it, then u can do each 5 times so 10 times total.
To sum up, run cath and armory, get out reset and repeat x5
Since I had issues with game-time im now back on track with the boosting checking.
Still doing SM with the player.
Hes now level 35, thinking of staying here to 38 or perhaps go to maraudon a bit earlier. Not shure yet.
ZF is the goal so to speak of as next instance to hug for a while.
Gotta check around more about maradoun first, was a while ago I was in there, need to get in and out easy, and they changed a bit in it.
Have giving Razorfen down a few thoughts, but in the long run I think Scarlet Monastery beats it due to close easy and more to pick from.
Edit:
Decided to go around 36-37 to grab a few tryruns into RFD, cath gives aprox 20-30% exp, armory now gives him 10-15% exp.
After that we might give it a shot on maraudon, cant recall it was easy to get out thou, so hope its worth it anyways, depending on the exp for a whole run
Some instances are better then others to do it, inorder to get the most fast exp as possible.
Since the packs, how far btw the pulls, mobs in instance, how its made, etc etc.![]()

Planing on checking out Sunken temple next, my friend should be around that level now.

I made a quick map of how I pulled ZF on my Druid.
Direct link - http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/7814/zfrun.jpg
Notes about my setup:
I used a level 80 Boomkin to do the pulling. He was/is in the blue leather crafted pvp set with a few 25/10man Naxx epics. I used travel form to my advantage for these pulls.
Contrary to the guide, I went into ZF at level 40 after I was done with SM Cath/Arm/Lib (30-40). I found that by going into ZF at this level I gained the maximum XP per run.
I was also duel boxing, so I didn't have time/feel like running my level 40 to the back of the instance every time I AoEd.
I did not do any bosses nor did I loot the mobs. I was not in there for gold or gear. I wanted to get in and out 5 times in an hour every hour.
From level 40-47 It was roughly 3 runs a level.
Notes about the map:
To start, you need nothing more then gold for repairing and buffs. I didn't use any flasks/potions/speed(though speed would be #1 if you don't have a move)
Green - Start, where you should initially start your pull. When running to this spot from the entrance, try your best to aggro as little as possible. Stealth is not needed.
Red - First pull, follow the red around the pool of Ghaz and back to waiting spot #1.
- During this pull (as a druid) after I pulled about the second room or so they would start hitting hard. Especially if I got behind and was slowed. So it's simple enough, I kept 1-2 LB's on me BEFORE I would run into the group, depending on the size of the group I would also pop Barskin.
Blue - Speed! I used dash at this point to get ahead of the majority of the group. This allowed me to pull the last 3 groups way ahead of the main pack and also gave me enough time to Fully HOT myself, LBx3 Regrowth/Rejuv.
Black - AoE! As a druid I would die sometimes but once I had my plan down I did it with ease. It's 10000000% key to be fully HOTted and pop barkskin ASAP. Then I would just Starfall/Cyclone/Trinkets/Typhoon and by then most would be dead.
Purple - Second pull, Sorry for the crappy arrows! Start from Ghaz's room and continue to the graveyard room (zombies) first I clicked all the graves on the right side (in travel form) and then continued to the loop around. !!!!This is key!!!! At the loop aroudn your going to have to run threw EVERY mob you pulled. Easily solved, since I was a druid I was able to give myself distance with travel form. I would HOT myself (3Lbs/Rejuv) go into travel and pop barkskin and run straight threw the group. On my way back threw the graveyard I clicked the opposite side. I forgot to add this on the map, but after the graveyard room I would dash again. This provided me time at the end to fully HOT myself and get ready to slaughter.
Fun Facts:
I tried this with the paladin that I was powerleveling once I had a decent tank set. (Nothing special Gearscore of 4K in tank gear. ToC Normal/Herioc and some TOTC 10/25m with a little T7/8 thrown in)
I was NOT able to clear this at all. Of course I could do it in smaller groups but doing the instance in two pulls was very very hard if not nearly impossible for me. I tried it in my Holy gear and I saw some improvement but not much (2500SP).
The main problem was not that I was dieing, it was the opposite. The mobs were not dieing. Due my paladin only doing 1.3K with conc. over 12 sec it was not nearly enough to kill them. The greater healing totems that the casters threw down were very hard to dps threw. I made a macro and tried killing all the totems, that was very hard to do. Due to the mass amount of mobs on it's hard to maneuver them all.
Then comes the minor problems. They sheep you! As a druid I only had this problem a few times. Which was easily resolved. But this problem on my paladin, my trinket and bubble were no use, they only prolonged my death.
One thing I did not try is putting a plate on my shield that reflects there damage. Due to not being Defense capped I put +20 Def on my shield. This could or could not have made all the difference.

If I get a positive response from this and see it helped people I will continue and add to this post what I did from 47-63! Overall this was a great topic and I'm glad someone to started it! =D
Best of luck!

EDIT: THIS IS ALL BEFORE THE NERF OF AOE!!

Thanks for the guide now i can tell my friend to get working
Very well done guide. +Rep
Wow, yeah. Didn't realize they nerfed AoE so bad. I was going to fraps how to do it real quick and that was complete fail. I'm sorry, but my way of pulling ZF no longer works. I guess I should have tested it before I told everyone. I was hitting the guys for 13dmg average 26dmg crit with my Hurricane.
Once again sorry that the information is invalid for patch 3.3!
Regards,
Nadroj
Crap, forgot to update this guide as I went on, have the saved updates on a computer somewhere.. bah, probably need to remake it once Cataclysm hits also.
Time to hunt for old documents!
