Don't worry about getting banned for posting these things on the AH higher than vendor price. The same thing is done for practically every item in the game with a vendor value; why on earth would they ban your account because someone clicked on your publicly posted auction and confirmed the buyout? That is not a scam. It's simply taking advantage of the lazy and the stupid, which is half the fun of playing the AH. If this was against the rules, I'd be banned 100 times over for posting items at 300% market value etc. Unless you lie to someone's face and say, this comes from a rare spawn, or this is a 0.1% drop, you can't get in trouble. See if people are doing it on your server and join in if you can, lol.
