Fishing Spots

So I'm sure everyone remembers the waterfall spot in Cataclysm in Uldum. Well, this spot is almost as great.

NOTE: I HIGHLY recommend running a bot if you're going to use this spot (which if you're using it I assume you're using a bot anyways) as it can be tough finding the lure by yourself. Also, manually cast your line out for about 2 minutes, as if you're standing to deep inside the spot then you'll get "Water to Shallow" or "Your cast didn't land in fishable waters" errors.

Anyways, on to the spot!

If you're looking to get some ocean fish I've got a great spot.

If you go over to the Angler's place in Krasarang Wilds and check out into the ocean you should see a hordeship waaaaaay out there.
Start flying towards it, you'll get Fatigue bar, but once you're out at the ship the Fatigue bar disappears and you can fish out there.

I don't bot, but I usually fish whilst watching movies and stuff, and it's a nice quiet spot with absolutely 0 people at (Probably because of the Fatigue)

Just wanted to show you guys a spot I have been using for a few days now. This one is located on the waterfall where you first enter valley of the four winds. If you are looking at the waterfall from the bridge, you will see the spot on the right hand side between two bushes. Works best if you have a flying mount but you can also get there without one by jumping down the waterfall (must be pretty precise though). This spot is amazing....GREAT for botting Let me know what you think.









Instead of fishing straight out of that corner you can move a little bit towards the middle and there is a ledge you can fish straight off of. your bobber + line will never leave the waterfall. only way to be seen is if someone goes into the waterfall!!

Emperor Salmon, Krasarang Paddlefish and Golden Carp in Valley of the Four Winds.

Not very hidden, tho there seems to not be many players around this area at all. There are several areas around the Stormstout that you may prefer considering different angles and corners.

Also I have a tip for fishing botting which I'm not sure where to put. Anyways,

I did tend to get my bags filled with 50% sealed crates/crap after 8 hours of botting which didn't please me too much. This resulting in alot of trash-fishing for the last hours of activity.

To avoid this I now usually split up the fish I know I'm going to fish like shown to only get fish, and not trash. If the bot gets trash, it won't be able to loot it resulting in a new throw and hopefully fish.

Just install the Trashcan addon and that crap will automatically get deleted once it's looted. Works wonders.

But what about in open water rather than fishing pools?

You dont necessarily have to fish from the pools around stormstout to get emperor salmon

Exploited Fishing Spots



I know the boat in the fatigue zone south of Jade Forest is a popular fishing spot, especially if you use a fishing bot at night like me. I love the boat but I wanted to hide a little better.




Edit: This works on any of the Horde boats around Pandaria if you ocean fish. If you want to catch Jeweled Danio (I catch them for feasts) and Emperor Salmon this spot under the stairs of Mogu'shan Palace works well. The junk skill is 825 here so you will probably needs some kind of junk filter.



When I say under the stairs I really mean inside the stairs. No one should see you there at all.


I will continue to try and find more secret place to set up at night.



Edit: I just found this spot under Stormstout Brewery. It's my new favorite!
