Just sharing this sheet where you can calculate the profit of a created item with tailoring using AH. I used it to check if it was worth for example to create epic robes with buying the mats.

So it's not a rocket science sheet and it won't help you to become a billionair but at least it will help hopefully a bit. It is not protected so you can change whatever you want.
