Since this thread's existence I have been there about once a day for an hour. No books, several relics, and about 15-20 greens. It's more luck than an exploit.

Place isn't a bad place to grind though.

this spot is easiest to use as a ranged as opposed to mele but is still nice either way... Some shaman in my guild managed like 2k an hour multiple times on different days here

me(mage) and a shaman farm this place. he goes around pulling all the mobs from one side and i pull from the other and he uses earthbinding( i believe thats it) totem and i frost nova and i AoE down

Havent had any luck with books yet. but have gotten alot of Relics
