Loot are totally random, you guys that say "I've been here for like 15 minutes and got 82 epics, 26 books, 142 relics etc etc", you're just very lucky.
You can farm the same place over and over again for hours without getting a single book or epic, or even relic (but that's just if you're REALLY unlucky).

Yea i spent 1 hour doing it not one book and i got like 5 greens made like 100g poop
