~ZOLOFIGHTER SECURITY~
hsnap:What you need to know, and what you can do!:yummy:

(Wanna skip all the info and just get to the steps? Start at the orange text)
Well, with the recent legal action Blizzard is taking with Glider and its creator, many people have begun turning to other bots.
hnoes
Because we’re lazy and don’t want to play a game that we are paying to play. (Wait…what?!?!?))(Although I realize that some people are not paying
) No, I’m just messing with you guys. We all realize that sometimes parts of WoW can be just plain boring.
Glider puts it very well on their website:
Q: Doesn't it defeat the purpose of the game?
A: If you use it to bypass content, definitely. World of Warcraft is a great game and you'd be doing yourself a huge disservice to skip the various quests and instances and new areas as you level a character up to 70 (80). If you want to start out the game at 70 (80), just buy an account or talk to someone who can convince you not to. Skipping such a big part of the game design is just silly.
Glider (ZoloFighter) is intended for people who want to quickly level up an alternate character or glide through the last few levels to 60 or 70 (or 80). Best priest just quit your guild, but got no good recruits? Want to find out if you should have picked a mage instead of a warlock (you want to be a vending machine?), but don't want to spend all that hard game time again? Want to get some rogue-riffic revenge on those guys sneaking up on you in Battlegrounds? Those are the problems that Glider (Zolofighter) solves.
But, once again: Glider is on its death bed. :eek4dance:It may or may not recover from this (what is it, like :throwup:$6 million from the creator??!)(lots of twocents)
So, now that we have dried our tears for that God(not Blizzard)-loved game, let’s start the search.
Personally, I love it. If you know how to configure it and set it up properly, it can take serious advantage of your abilities. Sometimes it helps if you have a slight clue on how to edit Javascript. However, that is negligible.
Now check this out::dancing
not this guy, I meant below)
What ZoloFighter does for security is different than many bots. ZoloFighter makes World of Warcraft run in Guest mode, while ZoloFighter runs in admin. mode.
In other words:
“[ZoloFighter] launches WOW as a restricted account, [so it] can't read/write fisher memory.”
This will definitely help you stay undetected from Warden.
BUT!!~ It will definitely help you keep that account that farms you thousands of epix while you sleep safe if you follow these steps:
(These are taken directly from here. This is taken and cleaned up/clarified to make the security more readily available and protect the community.)
2. Always run ZoloFighter on your admin. account. Don't run it in your guest account. (The goal is for ZoloFighter to run as an admin and for WoW to run as a guest.)
(Again, this step is pretty self-explanatory.)
3. Also during patch day, run WoW as a guest to patch (don't patch using your administrator account).
(When there is a patch available – for example, when Ulduar comes out – make sure that WoW is started under your guest account (you can just use ZoloFighter’s launcher to do that.) so that it doesn’t scan and detect ZoloFighter.) (I’m not positive that it can do this, but it is better to be on the safe side since the author of the bot tells us to.)
4. The first time you download the bot, run zoloConfigUtil.exe, and on the global settings tab, set a new name for zoloFighter and zoloConfigUtil. Click Save. That will save zoloFighter and zoloConfigUtil under a new name and write the new name to settings.txt, so zoloVistaLauncher can know what to start.
(Pretty plain, this will keep everyone’s bot under a different name so that when Warden reads the names of other programs that are running, Zolo doesn’t shout out, “Over here, come ban me!!! plz!!)
( It is also recommended to rename the fight log using the same steps as in #4. using the appropriate section.)
From here:
“You need to copy or rename zoloFighter.exe to some other name because even as a restricted process, WoW [Warden] can still:
1. look at all window titles
2. look at all process module names”:theyareontome:
5. Don't open the standard config. files (settings.txt, bindings_class.cfg) and log files (fight.txt) while WoW is running. Don't run zoloConfigUtil while WOW is active.
(This is very important, do not disregard this just because you are lazy and don’t want to have to restart WoW!!! Honestly, this could be the end of you. Another very good tip: Don’t visit MMOwned.com or any other hacking/botting sites while playing WoW.)
6. When you are going to bot, always start WoW with the ‘Start WoW’ button, as this will automatically start WoW in guest mode.
7. Don’t AFK bot.
(One of the major causes of people being banned while botting is AFK botting. Somebody says ‘hey’ and after not responding to their messages for a while, they might become suspicious and report)
8. Don’t sell all the loot that your bot farms.
(If you put up 20 stacks of saronite ore every day people might get suspicious. However, it sometimes works better if you have a massive sale all at once and just say you have been farming for a while.)
9. Rename zoloVistaLauncher to something else.
(For Vista users, zoloVistaLauncher.exe will use the new names you assigned to ZoloFighter and launch it as an admin.)
So there you have it! If you follow all of these steps your chances of being :stage3: will be drastically cut, and you can enjoy the sweetness of freedom. (Until you go back to play WoW yourself :fatty:<---Fatty:nyahnyah::hehehe:
Some other stuff for advanced users that I don’t want to edit because I might leave out an important piece of information:
change the default name of bindings files:
in settings.txt, change CFGNAMEFMT:bindings_*.cfg
to [pre]*[post] and change all bindings_classname.cfg to that per/and post fix.
For example, CFGNAMEFMT:b*.cfg and change bindings_warrior.cfg to bwarrior.cfg. This way if you edit bwarrior.cfg in notepad, blizzard will not know it from windows title.

if you check script.js, it is already calling me.wowPlaySound("whisper.wav");
in checkMessages() function.
So all you need to do, is make a whisper.wav file which play some scary sound, put that file in fighter folder. Next time someone whispers you or talk near you, that sound will be played.
^ is very cool. Simply drop a .wav file into your ZoloFighter’s folder and everytime you get a whisper it will play the sound, alerting you to that GM about to .kill you! Lol
Ok, that is finally it. If there is anything that I said that is wrong, misleading, or whatever, post here or PM me. Also, if anything needs editing let me know!
THANKS, and hope you enjoy!
(and I checked. It's not a repost.)
