Send Emblems/WG marks to your alt.

Hello everyone!

I have found a way to send [Emblem of Heroism] and [Wintergrasp Mark of Honor] from your main to your alt.

What do you need?

[Emblem of Heroism] 40x

[Wintergrasp Mark of Honor] 9x

The to characters need to be on the same account.

Both characters need to be level 80!

____________________________________________

1. Buy a "Binds to account" item for example [Mystical Pauldrons of Elements] if you want 40x [Emblem of Heroism] (Mystical Pauldrons of Elements - Item - World of Warcraft) or [Wintergrasp Commendation] (Wintergrasp Commendation - Item - World of Warcraft) if you want 9x WG marks.

2. Send the "Bind to account" item to your alt from your main.

3. Receive the "Bind to account" item on your alt.

4. Write a GM ticket on your alt saying that you want your Emblems/WG marks back.

5. Enjoy your WG marks/Emblems on your alt.

(I have tried this several times with [Emblem of Heroism] but never with [Wintergrasp Commendation] but I think that it's the same progress)

I believe this counts as a character restoration so you'll probably have a limited amount of times you can do this on any single toon. Also, I don't know if guides/exploits/etc that require a GM are 'allowed' but I understand the concept you are getting to.

This should be in exploits, but GM exploits isn't allowed there =/
Good idea though.

repost... Can't find it, someone else will. Tried it and failed... The GM restored the emblems but gave em to my lvl 80.
Maybe it works for you and/or others, depends on the Gm i guess, and since GM exploits shouldnt be here...

Both my character were level 80 when I tried this.

GM's are still humans tho youve never seen one before. Its like you think of them as a part of the game, something that were build in and can be fooled or something .. But no, they actually are living creatures with brains and stuff , and i doubt they are dumb enough to believe that your lvl 48 alt have been in a HC to get Emblems ..

I already knew this before the post, and i'm sorry to inform you that it does not work (tried it a lot of times with different GM's)
It could be me being unlucky, but most of them prolly know the trick.

This have worked more than three times for me. :S

Yes it will work if both toons are level 80, however it won't work if one is lower than that. Why? Because anyone 79 or lower can't get into a WotLK heroic or raid, and therefore can't get these badges. So the GM will give it to your level 80. However, if both characters are 80, they'd just give the emblems to the one you're playing on when you sent the ticket.

Blizzard is working on a system where you automatically can refund items that are bought from marks (honor, valor, heroism, also jewelcrafters etc) up to 3 days after purchase. Sending boa items to an alt and then refund them through this system may(!) work in the near future
