To get expertise 10/10 with fishing boots and lose no crit chance

Get belt gloves and chest enchant chest with 4+ stats and enchants fishing boots with surefooted, Surefooted was changed a few patched ago to 10 hit 10 crit.

You can get these shoulders by clearing wailing caverns fully then talking to the druid at the start of the instance
He will make you escort him to the a back cavern were you will need to kill a few spawns of mobs, then a GIGANTIC MURLLOCC MRRRGGLLL, he will drop glowing shard which you take to tanaris then back to a mountain near wailing caverns theres lots of help on thott and wowhead about it.

Tranquillien is in ghostlands near the belf starting area you can quest your way to exalted, or you can mob grind i would definetly recommend this cloak to anybody best stam cloak in the game

Durability 85 / 85Chance on hit: Blasts a target for 75 Frost damage.
Starts in ashenvale with Raene's Cleansing - Quest - World of Warcraft Raene's cleansing. This is quite along quest and with help you can go from 16 to 19 in 2 hours doing this quest.

By making a twink, you mainly copy another one, which surely has atleast one of these items.
Not commonly known for newcomers, but will eventually be common as they see them on other twinks in BGs.

Most of want i have named are things you wont see in an everyday WSG but more rare items only elite players will have.
I will be very surprised if you knew about ALL these items

My shoulders (BOA) have the 30stam, 15res DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
