help! have account info name/last

Help! I have a guys account info w/name & last and he has multiple 70s.. what do you think is the best way to deal with taking everything he has?

I read up on switching gold however it seemed tough with the amount of time vendoring everything he has on multiple chars and putting it on the main.

once on the main I plan to transfer. One issue I was worried with is I dont have his email address nor sqa. I plan to match the new account with the old accounts name...would i have to match address and phone #? I also read up on transferring the char to another server then getting the original banned. Whats the chances of the owner getting it recalled and also how to be 100% sure the account is banned?

-Glider on the old account, or cheat-engine, or any hack

From there, it is very hard for him to take back his character.

I used EmuHacker on my old scammed account to ban it, instead I only got DCed =\
