You wouldn't QUIT WoW because of these symptoms. You'd have to limit yourself, or get someone to limit you.
Everyone has a reason for playing games. Some because it gets them out of their real life (Which can be a bitch), some from depression earlier in their life then found it hard to give up, some because they're over 20; live with their parents and have no job and others just out of boredom.
I find myself switching from Computer to 360 to Wii; but seriously, if you find yourself gaming so much that any of this happens to you then cut down, not give up. People say if you really love it you'll let it go, but that's bull.
Telling a person who's addicted to WoW they have to stop is like confiscating cigarettes from someone who's addicted to them; it'll cause them to be stressed out (Even more than playing the game too much), VERY aggressive and even change their lifestyle all together, or throw their life style away (If they're retarded).
Sudden change to your life can be more distressing than playing the game excessively. This is not so much of a good guide for quitting WoW. A half decent guide would at least provide someone with a plan of their day and to encourage them to every day take 5 minutes off their WoW playing time until they find themselves so resticted to time they'll just say "Ahh **** it, not worth playing a game for such a little time"
Scaring people into quitting is not the way. That's blackmail.
