And listening to music while playing is, well, an idea already in use.
Try chatting in vent while grinding, esp. with some people you know, and/or people who are drunk or just plain nutters

OnT: I must say that I see no problem in using my standard Winamp for playing music while playing WoW. Although might help for ppl with slower comps. Well written guide at least Good job imo!
