How To Make Custom Weapons

Well, I got it added to my game, but when I spawn it the Id is 11995 which took up Ivory Band. I deleted the original 11995 from the database and added my custom one in. Now when I spawn 11995 in the game it comes up as a null object. I equip the item and it is just that white and blue checkered box. Also, the symbol in the inventory is a ring, when I usually here it is a red question mark. If you know what is wrong, please tell me what I did.

that is a simple error
you just put the entry id to the same id as a ring thats y its all weird
you should use these #'s are recomened
55555-99999 most of those work and dont make it a 6 Digit # or else you cant add to back packs
