Need Last Name

I scammed a guys account and I have everything BUT they last name, he was not OO.

Is there ANYWAY that I can get his last name, other then speaking with him (obv.)

No its not really possible unless he knows it and you are able to convince him. I usually try to find people who are the original owners and then tell them I need to verify it against their pay pal account. It usually works.

There is no way to verify last name for sure. I usually ask if they are the original owner of the account. Later in the convo I say that I need last name and will be verifying it against the pay pal account. This usually will result in them using a pay pal account with the same last name as theirs. You can then check to make sure that the first letters of the last name match by verifying it with the first letter of the last name on the account management page (not a sure fire way, but has worked out so far). Even if they decide not to give you their last name themselves, you will usually have it without them knowing if you use this method.
