Currently I'm thinking [Venomstrike] is the best overall weapon.

And if you're alliance you can get a +11% ammo bag/quiver([Bandolier of the Night Watch] or [Quiver of the Night Watch]

And you can also get [Feathered Arrow] or [Exploding Shot] from a level 35 quest, Stealing Supplies. They are BoE so they can be sold off the AH or traded also. They add 9.5 DPS each. And as a third reward choice you can pick up [Silver Star] if you perfer.

The question we're looking at is, which weapon is best for a Hunter? And which weapon is best for a Warrior/Rogue?

Conclusion:
If you're looking for damage it doesn't matter what your class is, go with [Venomstrike]. If you're looking for stats as a warrior or rogue, you could also pick up some of the new items with stats: [Thick Bronze Darts] [Throat Piercers] [Hand of Argus Crossfire] [Arugoo's Crossbow of Destruction] [Huntsman's Crossbow]

You forgot to tell people to add a scope to their weapon, not much extra damage but it's still more.
