MapID Table

Hello mmowned user!

This is a list of MapIDs I extracted from the latest WotLK Beta with some extra Infos added.

Feel free to correct me or post additional Informations here.

How can I view the MapID of my WoW version?
1. Download "MyWarcraftStudio" Mywarcraftstudio - WoWDev
2. Start MyWarcraftStudio, open and search the mpq files for the "DBFilesClient" folder and open "Maps.dbc"

usually this can be found in
Alpha 5.3 Build 3368 <-> 1.12.2: Build 6005 & Alpha 2.0.0 B5628:
“dbc.MPQ” & “patch.MPQ”

Release 2.0.0 Build 6080 or higher:
“locale-xxXX.MPQ” & “patch-xxXX.MPQ” & “patch-enGB-2.MPQ”
