    I saw some video where a guy zoomed out super far, and I thought he was hacking.

    Or you can make a macro with script and make it less time to do it...

    So make macro and type /script SetCVar("cameraDistanceMax",number) in it where number is some number u want... I use 50

    And BTW i DON'T take credit for this....

    i havent really found an answer, is it possible to zoom out and in when this is typed, or is it locked ?

    It should be possible to zoom in and out as far as i know yes.

    Meh, dont necro please. But yes maxcamerazoomdistance should do the trick for you.
