secondly you will need the following items if you wish to do 1k crits with stormstrike.

Embrace of the Lycan - Items - World of Warcraft
Embrace of the lycan good for Attack power and stamina to survive also the 8 strength it provides

Sentinel's Medallion - Items - World of Warcraft
Good agility and stamina you will need the crit chance

Rockshard Pauldrons - Items - World of Warcraft
Rockshard pauldrons Good intelect and 28 attack power

Atal'ai Breastplate - Items - World of Warcraft
im sorry kids but you'll have to run ST and hope for the Monkey Atal ai drops

Belt of the Gladiator - Items - World of Warcraft
Gladiator's Belt 18 strength and 4 stamina is good

Kang the Decapitator - Items - World of Warcraft
300g in the AH server dependancy

Firemane Leggings - Items - World of Warcraft
somewhere around 30g In the AH this is a BOE so u will need the clefthide pants on THESE

Bloodshot Greaves - Items - World of Warcraft
In the SUnken temple too 33% from avatar of hakkar

Windtalker's Wristguards - Items - World of Warcraft
THis Is a reward for warsong 40-49 bracket and yes it is epic Good stats as well.

lvl49 Twink? Am i missing something? Long time ago twink was lvl19 and lvl29 and u could see lvl39 sometines. But lvl49? I dont think that anything that ends with 9 should be twink.

yeah but at lvl49 u have mount, much better gear that can be enchanted with highest lvl enchanting skill. So whats the point of that?
