I know, posting a link is sort of lame though, seemed better just to copy and paste it (i made a few edits here and there, since the bgforums one hasnt been updated for 2.4 yet)

that works, i dont think anyone has a up to date 2.4 yet, not really any changes dfor 19 twinks.... 39 twinks yes. cause of the new 2 chants

The changes regard the 2.4 WSG debuff, which completely destroys the tactic of speed pot kiting (FCing is a huge role fileld by 19 pally twinks) zergs around, it even nerfs minor speed, so a complete redo of FC tactic is needed 10 minutes into the game, i cant really do my job without a solid defense once the debuff hits now, but at least the other guy still goes down faster so caps are still scored.
