Help with Safetrade

Hello guys, i seem to have a problem.
I read this post, about a program called safetrade, which would be great for scamming people, from forums.

But i just dont know how to use that visual basic 2008, or how to get it.
So can someone maybe help me with changing the email, on the safetrade program, of maybe teach me how to do it?

if i try to install it, it try to download a file, that is about 78 mb, is that right?

In the guide, it says:

Go to Main.VB and go to the region "Other"

Where do i find the region "Other"?
