    Increadiable survice. And they spoke english!!!! Good english too. I will be trying out theri powerlvling survace soon and will let you know how it goes.

    For those of you that do not know, the Chinese new year is here in china and a lot of the farmers are taking off for vacation. Soon no one will be able to deliver any gold for a while. That is why prices have gone up everywhere and why delivery is more difficult right now.

    Bought 10k 2 hours ago, live support is amazing. Rylii helped me with the verification, and I wanna give them a thumbs up! Anyways, they said it's been sent to delivery, so I guess I'll see it soon!!

    been going to mmo-kings for over a year and for a long time it was fast smooth trans actions however the last 4 have been not good at all, one of which took 6 days almost and i was only given 100g extra to compensate. My last order for 5k was 8 days ago and still no gold, granted farmers are on holiday. I would like to see an improvement in customer service at least back to the way it was before.

    Do you mean in delivery? I hardly ever hear a complaint around customer service... Assuming you mean deliver... I wont bore you with all of the normal excuses but before the chinese new year there was a dupe in wow at the auction house. We literally stopped delivery for nearly 2 weeks to ensure that our customers would not get banned. Any account that touched that duped gold got banned and we could not discern duped gold from non duped gold...

    I agree with you, delivery has been slower lately. Honestly it will take a while to catch up after the chinese new year... But I give you my word we will catch up and I will get things on track again.

    Eh, heres my review after ordering 2 times(first one was at the end of their Chinese New Year so I decided to give them another chance).
    I ordered 10k on 2/17/10, they kept saying tommorow or the next day, until finally, about 7 days later, I got my 10k. Well, ok, I thought. Probably just piled up on orders, I'll order another 2k and see how that goes. Ordered it on 2/28/10, haven't seen it yet. Cmon, it's only 2k :'(

    As I have said 100 times in this thread, give me your order number and I will check to see if there is a problem. We are delivering quite fast now days, so I find it hard to believe we have not delivered your 2k.
