Today when I tried to purchase gold (which I have done numerous times before <3) it always takes me to the PayPal main website and I am unable to pay for the gold. =[ So now I am unable to buy it. /sadface.

That was a temporary problem with paypal, it was resolved fairly quickly. Please try again. If the problem persists then please let me know.

Attempted to order 35500 gold.

Got an email saying it was denied since my home address and his credit card address did not match.

I'm gonna have to get a picture of his ID tomorrow or they are going to cancel the transaction ~

It could be a photo of a piece of mail from that address or a magazine label, but a photo of the ID will work as well.

I ordered 5k gold on May 2nd. Received 500 of the 5000 on May 7th and am STILL waiting on the rest. I would not recommend if you need the gold in a timely manner.

Update: I talked to live support and received a partial refund for the remaining 4500 gold. While the gold was slow to deliver, their customer service is much better.

Purchased around 5k gold 3 days ago. Still have not received it.

EDIT: Would not recommend. Took them over a week and still did not receive it. Canceled my order.

Day 1: Purchased gold - told it'll be between 2-48 hours hoping for the best.
Day 2: Told I may get some gold before maintenance and the rest afterwards.
Day 3: Just before the 48 hour mark I received 63% of my order
Day 4: No word today.
Day 5: Again no word.
Day 6: Still no word, yet I did find out that gameusd can deliver in under 3 hours yet MMOKings is taking a week for basically the same order? and I believe gameusd was cheaper aswell. Ok I did get a refund for the gold I didn't receive and it was instant so I am glad that their customer service is very good.

Sorry guys we hit a delivery problem again. I am working to resolve the problem. For those customers that stick with us or that are patient with us because we are a full US based shop. I appreciate it. I understand some will go else where.

I promise I will continue to work on the problems and as allways if you pm me with your order number I am nearly always able to get the order delivered very quickly. I am not sure why these other guys did not do that. We treat mmowned customers like the friends they are, well if I know they have placed on order anyway!!!

ordered gold from them on 6/8/2010 not a big order only 5k price was decent enough
contacted them on 6/9/2010 via live chat said my order was in que for payment and i would get an e-mail when ready
contacted them again on 6/11/2010 via live chat and got this
