Some may not know me here but anyone who has ordered from MMOKings and used the live chat might know me as Phil. I've come on here to give some details on the recent changes to the site and what has happened in the past two months..

First of all the supplier we had for the longest time got to the point where the delivery speed was slow as a snail. Some of you may of noticed this and posted reviews wondering what was happening. This was a great supplier for us but they could just not handle the demand and the sums of gold involved anymore. Due to this we got a hold of trusted suppliers who we had worked with in the past to help fill orders, and decided we would take them on permanently.

Now having 2 suppliers and one backup supplier we are able to offer gold in stock and ready to be delivered upon ordering for most servers. If it's not in stock we can generally have an average order(about 30k) out within 24 hours. This is a very large speed increase in comparison to our old average of 12 - 48 hours for just 10k.

We have also started reworking our site to add new features, better access, and more information. Due to this we would ask that any customer who has a suggestion on how we can improve the site, or the service in general, to go ahead and toss us an email at [email protected].

We hope that former customers that were put off by the slow delivery in the past will come back to order with us again, and also that new customers will come by to experience our ever improving US based service..

Edit: I bought 50k gold and went onto the live chat right after. Spoke to JuneBugBug and had everything sorted. Delivery was face-to-face and only took about 20 - 30 mins after I ordered & payment cleared.
