    Hey guys,

    There was a note on the payments page when you bought gold from about two days out explaining the delay for the Chinese new year. We are up and running again fully but not all of the farmers we deal with are. We are making deliveries and are catching up, given we got fairly backed up with a weeks worth of orders and basically no delivery...

    Trust that we will get your gold delivered as fast as humanly possible.

    Well I'm still waiting as of today.

    I ordered the same amount from another company yesterday and got it 2 hours later.

    Live chat just tells me they are still out of stock. It's already been five days, and I hope it will be delivered today

    Edit: Well, live chat just told me it would take "some more days". They told me yesterday and the day before that it would take a maximum of 12 hours each time.
    One of the worst experience I got from a gold selling company. I just asked for a refund.

    Edit 2 : 9 hours later, refund still has not been processed. I'm contacting paypal representatives to report the issue :/

    Edit 3 : 24 hours later, refund still has not been processed.

    Edit 4 : Refund done. Just badluck I guess, company and suport are patient and nice.

    job has been done great, they quested all the way up to 60, im 90% sure it was hand-made

    they did not buy al the skills, but that doesn´t really matter to me

    I'm going on five days without word on my order.

    I asked the online agent how long it would take. I'm not particularly in a rush for my order because I read about the delays and I put in a big order, but going on five days when I was told 24-48 hours is a bit disconcerting.

    HeRog, what's the scoop?

    The Scoop is we suck!!! lol

    Honestly for us the chinese new year ended about the 2nd of feb but for most it ended today. The farmers are back to farming and we should start delivering full speed again. Dont get me wrong we have a back order to catch up on but things should get back to normal quickly.

    This is the same with any company out there, just we are honest enough to tell you!

    So update:

    11 Days later and still no delivery of my order. Should I wait it out a little longer, or should I ask for a refund?



    EDIT:

    So about 2 hours after posting this, I got an email saying my stuff was ready. Curious timing.

    I'm going to stick with these guys, but I'll think twice about putting in such a large order. The transaction itself was rather easy and smooth, and I like that it was face to face (in a manner of speaking, lol).

    My guildies were like, "WTF? How did you get your flight training and epic flyer, the armor bear and three pieces of epic gear?"....of course, I know that if I were a real player I would have gotten it all myself, but I believe in delegation and supporting our gaming economy, particularly in these trying times lol.

    Thanks HeRog for the service, and tell everyone, despite the delay, I'm a happy camper.

    these guys leveled my lock from 70-80. they did a fantastic job and im thoroughly pleased with them. they may be expensive but they rock face.

    They aren't too expensive considering the safety guarantees.....I just put my second order with these guys.

    The last order paid for a flight training, mounts, profession powerleveling....all the things I've been meaning to do but have no time for being military and deployed overseas.

    I'm considering letting them level my new toon i've lately grown quite attached to.
