I think I was part of the last group of people who got to use the KINGS45 code and overall it was a splendid service experience. Even though some people say that it's a tedious process, what I went through was not bad at all. A simple photograph and that was it.

I play on the EU servers and ordered about 13k from these guys.

Problems are:
-They DO NOT send you any emails for EU servers as their system of mailing for EU servers is down and seems like they don't wanna fix them. if you don't wanna loose your gold (seems like their accounts get banned 2-3 hours after sending the gold to me) check the site for status and be ready to log fast to pick up the gold.
-veeeeeeeeeeeery slow, on all the orders best time was 4 days for the gold. had 3 weeks for 1.5k gold. now waiting for almost 2 weeks for 1.1
-their team of live chat people, even though they speak good English are retarded. after 5 different operators the 6th realized why I don't receive any email from them. Apparently their EU mail system is broken, all of the other operators threw the blame on me.
-absolutely no bonus at all for waiting ****ing weeks to get the gold. Even if I were retarded I could grind those golds in the time I wait for kings to deliver it to me.
-oh and same answer over and over again, you will receive your currency in 12-24 hours when I ask them what is the problem. that happening every 24 hours. for 10 days.
-expensive as hell on EU

Summary for EU servers: If you want to wait a ****ing week or more, not get announced when the order is sent, loose the gold cause their acc's are banned fast, then talk to them again to re-receive the order, and on top of that pay a lot, I recommend mmokings.com.

hmmm I am sorry this happened to you. However given I am the owner, I could easily fix the email things. It is just recently that EU gold starting having problems being banned when mailed. So our systems are not caught up.

The main problem was with me not being sent an e-mail so I checked the mailbox 4 hours late. During that time your account was banned and I had to wait a whole lot again.


But please clarify, why do I have to wait 4 days now for 1.5k gold?

Just ordered another 50k. Delivery usually takes a while (especially with amounts that large), but better ordering from here to reduce my ban chances.

Verified purchase at 11p.m
Received email at 10:54 A.M on Monday that they had the gold.
Logged into chat and received gold about 10min later at 3:44 p.m

Overall this is a great site 2k gold cost me 12$ really cheap and fast. Only thing is though I checked the prices after I purchased the gold and they went up 6$ per 2k gold. But all in all very professional site great live chat people to talk with and it definitely didn't give me that feeling of being ultra sketchy like some other sites :P

Speak perfect english and great communication
Cheap prices with easy payment
Cons:
They lie about delivery times
Only give you 12 ****ing hours to reply to shipment if it failed (they got banned or whatever)
^^^^^^ HORRIBLE RULE! I ordered some gold and they emailed me at 3 in the morning and I didnt get home form work until 6pm...I never got the gold and now it's taking FOREVER to settle the issue.
If they just did face to face trade with planned time...that would be ALOT better.

If you had asked for a face to face trade then it would have happened. A lot of people do not like them so they choose to risk the mail delivery. Given you read about the 12 hour guarantee and you got an email explaining it and then an email telling you we had delivered, you may have wanted to check before you went to work. If you had done so then we would have gladly redelivered the gold as it was well within the 12 hour window. You could have also given us a phone number to call you at and told us we can call 24/7 and we would have called before mailing the gold. By your logic if we delivered the gold and you waited 5 days to pick it up from your mail box should we still redeliver it?

Our prices and our delivery are out of scope right now as there is a china holiday for the next week and it is hard to find currency during this holiday time. Once the holiday is over our delivery speed and our prices will be the lowest again.
