Virdeal.com's still scamming

105 days later -- Still unpaid for the gold I sold them.
Go to virdeal.com in Firefox -> Help -> Report Web Forgery (and we'll get them an error page thanks to Firefox)

At first I tried joining as myself, letting them know that they need to pay me for my gold, and the operator would not come on -- it said leave a message. Seconds later I rejoined with a "sell gold" description, and the operator came on. Suspicious much?

I sold them 5k gold earlier and they said they could not pay me for days! I told them that would not work and now they won't pay me.

I just sent them a company-wide email:

I sold 5000g to Virdeal about 13 hours ago via MSN to [email protected]
They said they could give me best offer of $1.9/k, now your site says $4/k.

I accepted the offer and deposited 5000g in your Alliance WoW US Sen'Jin guild bank, and I have screenshot to prove it. [email protected] said that you could not pay me until a few days, and when I went on live chat the person said your paypal was banned.

A couple of hours later I went back into live chat under a different name, asked if I could sell gold and they meiyuan said Yes, and I asked when I would get paid, and they said right after the trade.

Now, if your paypal is banned, how could you pay me under the second name right after the trade? Your company is lying to me, and has scammed me for $20.00, the amount that you said on your website you would pay for my gold. $9.50 as the agreed upon price via MSN, but I think I should get $20 for all this aggrivation. You said you would give payment 30 minutes after gold was received, but you didn't, and when I asked to get my gold back, meiyuan would not do it.

Thanks Parog I wanted to alert everyone to this situation so they don't get scammed too. I was hoping this would get me closer to being able to buy an Aion retail key..guess not, what scammers -.-

So far they've done absolutely nothing to rectify the issue, and they have started to ignore me by not answering live chat or IM.

9:00AM - They have pulled Live Chat from their index. On Contact Us page, it reads:

Thanks. They are still ignoring me, so the next step is to have their IMs all terminated for Terms of Use violations. Asking right now how to go about contacting Windows Live Services about that on their forums, but if anyone knows please let me know. :P Gonna try emailing [email protected]

This website has scammed me. I sold them gold as they advertise on their website, they said they’d pay me, then they said their paypal was banned and it’d take a few days. I went back on a different user, and they said they could pay right after. They advertise and use Windows Live as a method of contact in scamming people.

Perhaps now you’re willing to listen because your Live Chat services have been terminated upon my request. All I want is what I am owed for selling gold to you, and this has become such an issue. Over 163 people have now seen the scam report I filed against your company and a Forum SuperMod has replied to it via MMOwned. I have contacted GoDaddy.com Hosting Provider and Windows Live Abuse requesting your termination. I will continue on to other websites such as your AIM and Yahoo IM providers if this isn’t resolved in a timely manner.

Nope, neither have responded. Which is extremely weird for GoDaddy because it says when you contact them that they respond in 1 hour. As for Windows Live, I just contacted them today so I'm giving them some time.

Others can report virdeal.com to GoDaddy using this form. Product - Other. I'm assuming the more people who contact them, the more willing they will be to terminate virdeal's services.
