UPDATE: I found Virdeal to have, yet again, created another Live Chat for their other subdomains. I have contacted their Live Chat Services Provider once again and now they are going to be blocking that domain entirely (*.virdeal.com).

Here's the email I just sent ProvideSupport.com:

Virdeal.com has yet to pay me for services rendered 3 weeks ago. Two of their live chats hosted by you have been closed for abuse, but still they have a live chat on some of their subdomains (.virdeal.com).

I am contacting the Hosting Provider right now for their domains with hopes of terminating their services completely. The host is BlueHost.com

Dear BlueHost,

3 weeks ago I rendered services to Virdeal.com, specifically the providing of virtual currency for a popular online game, and they scammed me. Originally I thought they were hosted by GoDaddy.com (so did they just transfer to your hosting?) and I reported them the same way I am reporting them to you now, so I believe GoDaddy terminated their services.

Their Live Chat service provider, ProvideSupport.com has blocked their Live Chat services for Terms of Use Violations / Abuse which is exactly what they fall under in any hosting/services category – Scamming, Illegal Activity, and Abuse. I am pleading with you to please terminate their services. I sold them the currency, which they quoted me on the website at $4/1000 but then they said the highest they’d offer was $1.9/1000 on MSN. I reluctantly accepted their offer, gave them the gold, and they then said that their paypal was banned and I would need to wait 3 days (even though the day before I told them I was unwilling to do the transaction because I’d have to wait for them to access the account). It’s been 3 weeks, and they’ve been ignoring my communications.

The first email I sent them:

I accepted the offer and deposited 5000g in your Alliance WoW US Sen'Jin guild bank, and I have screenshot to prove it. [email protected] said that you could not pay me until a few days, and when I went on live chat the person said your paypal was banned.

A couple of hours later I went back into live chat under a different name, asked if I could sell gold and they meiyuan said Yes, and I asked when I would get paid, and they said right after the trade.

Now, if your paypal is banned, how could you pay me under the second name right after the trade? Your company is lying to me, and has scammed me for $20.00, the amount that you said on your website you would pay for my gold. $9.50 as the agreed upon price via MSN, but I think I should get $20 for all this aggrivation. You said you would give payment 30 minutes after gold was received, but you didn't, and when I asked to get my gold back, meiyuan would not do it.

83 people already know of this situation in 4 hours on MMOwned and now you are known as a scammer on one of the biggest gaming forums -

Over 163 people have now seen the scam report I filed against your company and a Forum SuperMod has replied to it via MMOwned. I have contacted GoDaddy.com Hosting Provider and Windows Live Abuse requesting your termination. I will continue on to other websites such as your AIM and Yahoo IM providers if this isn’t resolved in a timely manner.

As of right now, over 712 people have seen that report from MMOwned, they have been added to MMOwned’s banned sellers list. More reports by others:

Here was their response:

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with one of our clients. We are not involved in our clients day-to-day activates. If you feel you have been defrauded, you will need to contact your local police or your Credit Card Company to issue a charge back.

In regards to requests for information on the person who set up the sites, our policy is that we can only give out the information on our customers when it is requested through a subpoena or a court order. Because of our policy we cannot give out this information without a judge's consent.

We will willingly assist by forwarding any and all correspondence received regarding our customer and complaints in reference to sites we are hosting to our customer unless legally ordered otherwise.

We apologize for any inconvenience these policies may cause you. We will be happy to promptly comply when presented with one of the above documents.

ProvideSupport.com has terminated ALL of *.virdeal.com's services.
Virdeal has gone with another Live Chat service, Live2Support. I've contacted them about the issue and they will be forwarding it to their sales team for further investigation.

I'm sorry to hear that, and hopefully this thread will help bring awareness to the gaming community about what a horrible company they really are. I've done everything in my power to have them shut down, and while a lot of attempts did succeed, many failed. Hopefully all that I have done has saved many people from their scams.

If you would like to assist in my continued efforts against Virdeal.com, please report them as a phishing website via Firefox &/or Google Chrome and we'll have their site blocked from those Internet Browsers.

I can confirm they are still scamming as well, they scammed me of 12k on 4/20/2010, i hate the ****ers. Let's get them back sometime, hack their website, steal account names and passes from them, then sell their gold to other sites possibly???

That's stooping down to their level, and while I'm totally against doing that, I don't mind the idea being brought into this thread because I'm sure people are able to do such things.

However, I think they have lost a lot of clients and money from all of this..which is a shame because you'd think if they noticed, they'd just pay the $9.50 they owe me hoping that I'd do something so as to not let this situation escalate to their loss of business.

Sent Virdeal another email -

Dear Virdeal.com,

I sold you gold over 1 month ago, and you still have not paid me for my services that were rendered. Over 1,500 people now know about you having scammed me, and your ProvideSupport services were terminated upon my request as your web activity is completely illegal.

Again, pay me $20.00 owed to Paypal: {removed}, or I will escalate this issue even further by going as far as YouTube to advertise your having scammed me.

Keep up the great work, hope all goes well. I don't see the point in them not paying you $9 or so. I wouldn't be surprised if its already cost them more for switching up hosts, using new live chat services and what not. Can't wait to hear the final results.

Yeah well, almost 2 months have gone by and still no contact from them and no payment. I'm assuming they're just ignoring the situation, though I don't know how they can just ignore their loss in customers. The host, GoDaddy, won't do anything about it either.

ok hello my name is will i was purchasing 2moons dill and using paypal i found virdeal.com and i spent 9$ usd 2 nights ago i contacted their online help and 4 times each chat was over 10 minutes and they never responded in the chat im's.
still im hawking them but they go offline each time i find their help service online and i dont have my in game currency which i spent 9$ usd on.
im not sure if anyone has any suggestions but i got scammed for real cash by virdeal.com i have the email from paypal showing the verification so i can prove i purchased from virdeal.com, yet still i dont have my in game currency.
any help will be appreciated.

oh heres another email for them i got when i filed a dispute with paypal, im gonna have them shutdown if they dont own up..

also if you check some of their emails 1 or 2 of them are usa based, now i dont know if they have someone they deal with in the usa bnut if find an address im gonna visit them bright n early...
ok so heads up,,, if you buy from virdeal and get scammed you can contact paypal and file a dispute,paypal will then open a claim and contact the seller ( virdeal) and if the seller doesnt respond in 10 days then paypal closes the dispute and refunds the buyer ( person who filed the dispute) the full amount.
now does this work the other way if a person sold game currency to virdeal, i dont think it could because unless you had or have screenshots showing the rate of exchange and a promise of payment for said amount of said game currency, even then its still dicey at the most they are running a scam and using paypals name sort of .
but i hope this helps as i came here asking for help and decided to take matters into my own hands, and ty to all who posted here and on their blog warnings about virdeal.
to bad i found out to late, but this will help others i am sure.
