I'd help, but i'm not from the US..

i have a fake US paypal account whit money on it, and every us account are limited (and i cant verify it because im not from usa). I need help from someone who could unlock the fund and send it to my other account (and keep 25$) then delete the account.
Ill give all info of the account naturally and even the email info if needed
